A Premier League sideare willing to offer Kalvin Phillips a lifeline in the English top-flight following the midfielder's torturous loan spell at West Ham, according to reports.
Phillips has recently returned to Manchester City for pre-season training while a deal is worked out to secure his departure as the midfielder looks to secure more regular playing time.
The 28-year-old signed a six-year contract at the Etihad when he was snapped up from Leeds in a £45m transfer in 2022, but quickly found himself warming the bench on a regular basis.
