Jesse Marsch says he hates the stress of managing Leeds United in the Premier League - but has vowed to carry on in the club's fight for survival.
The American will be on the touchline at Elland Road on Wednesday evening when West Ham, two points beneath Leeds in 17th, are the visitors.
Marsch admits every game is starting to feel like a cup final and, although delivered with a smile, he did confess to not enjoying elements of the job.
'It is always stressful,' he said.
