'It's a load of c**p and it always has been': Sam Allardyce SLAMS West Ham striker Michail Antonio for 'disgusting' long-ball comments as Baggies boss confirms he will leave the club at the end of the season

Sam Allardyce passionately defended his managerial style after announcing his decision to step down as West Brom boss at the end of the season.

Allardyce also blasted 'disrespectful' comments made by West Ham striker Michail Antonio after the Baggies' 3-1 defeat by the Hammers on Wednesday night.

The forward suggested that it was Allardyce's style to play a long-ball game with 'big men' in the channel. But the West Brom manager hit back in his post-match interview with Sky Sports.
