After ending their 43-year wait for a major trophy, West Ham's players and staff partied the night away in Prague on Wednesday evening.
The Hammers clinched the Europa Conference League trophy with a 2-1 victory over Fiorentina in the final, which was wrapped up by a late Jarrod Bowen strike.
David Moyes' side had taken the lead through a Said Benrahma penalty but were pegged back shortly after by Giacomo Bonaventura's strike in the 67th minute.
But Bowen managed to seal the win for the Hammers late on and, in doing so, sparked wild celebrations among the squad's players and staff.
