West Ham's London Stadium is having a makeover ahead of welcoming Major League Baseball later this month - and the transformation so far is astonishing.
The MLB London Series comes to town on 24th and 25th June and the race is on to turn the ground into a baseball park by next Thursday.
St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Cubs will lock horns in a stadium which looks very different to what Hammers fans are used to. Mail Sport were invited along to take a look.
Seating in the West Stand has temporarily been moved closer to the pitch, huge clubhouses have been built on the inside of the stand, new dugouts have been constructed, and the outside of the ground is being turned into a baseball paradise.
