Former Bolton and West Ham striker Kevin Nolan recalls the time where he was pinned to the wall by a Sam Allardyce.
Nolan came through the Bolton academy and established himself as a club legend during his 12 year spell with the club.
He would go on to take the captain's armband off Jay-Jay Okocha and made 345 appearances in all competitions for the side.
In 1999, Sam Allardyce was appointed as the club's manager, taking over from Colin Todd - who resigned in protest at the sale of Per Frandsen.
