Everton owner Farhad Moshiri declines to give Frank Lampard a vote of confidence as he claims it's 'NOT my decision' on whether to sack the under fire boss after dismal loss to West Ham... as director Bill Kenwright admits 'we've got to start winning'

Everton's majority owner Farhad Moshiri has claimed it is not up him whether Frank Lampard stays on as manager.

The Toffees fell to 19th in the Premier League on Saturday after a 2-0 loss to fellow strugglers West Ham, casting doubts over Lampard's future at the club.

They are now level on points with bottom-place-Southampton, who beat Everton last week, and have not won a game since October.
