Emma Hayes says she feels no pressure going into the final day of the Women's Super League season despite her Chelsea team being on the cusp of a third successive title.
The Blues, who take on Manchester United at Kingsmeadow on Sunday, are one point clear of Arsenal at the top and just need to match their rivals' result at West Ham to retain their crown.
Hayes said: 'I'm from a council estate. Pressure was putting money on the table to pay the bills as a child.
