Declan Rice is set to be on his way out of West Ham, with Arsenal currently leading the way for his signature.
The midfielder's contract is set to expire next summer, but David Sullivan confirmed that Rice will be allowed to leave this summer, with the chairman also revealing that the player rejected a £200,000-a-week contract 18 months ago.
He recently guided West Ham to their first trophy in 43 years when they defeated Fiorentina in the Europa Conference League final earlier this month.
With West Ham's season now over, Arsenal could hold talks with the club about Rice this week at a Premier League chief executives meeting.
