Danny Ings is in line for his FIRST West Ham start in Saturday's crunch clash against Nottingham Forest, with under pressure boss David Moyes finally ready to unleash £15m January signing

Danny Ings is in line for his first West Ham start this Saturday, with manager David Moyes hopeful that the experienced striker can save his job.

Insiders say Ings, a £15million signing from Aston Villa in January, has been declared fit enough to start.

Barring any unforeseen setbacks in the week's remaining training sessions the 30-year-old will line up against Nottingham Forest at the London Stadium - a match described as must-win for Moyes.

Ings had been sidelined by a minor knee injury, which is why he has made only four substitute appearances since signing for West Ham last month.
