West Ham moved into the top half of the table after a convincing 3-1 win over Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium on Saturday.
A brace from Andy Carroll gave the home side too much to do and a late third goal -- credited to Jonathan Calleri after a wicked deflection -- sealed the victory. Between Carroll's opener on nine minutes and Cristhian Stuani's equaliser just before the half-hour mark, Boro looked bright and dangerous, however, and Carroll's second came against the run of play.
With form like this, Carroll can be virtually unplayable and the powered header that opened the scoring is the type of goal few players in the Premier League can emulate.
