Eddie Howe has banned himself from watching Match of the Day.

Bournemouth secured their first win in 2017 on Saturday when a Joshua King hat-trick saw off West Ham at the Vitality Stadium.

Yet Howe chose not to celebrate by watching the highlights in the evening, because he believes it only feeds an unhealthy obsession.
