West Ham United defender Arthur Masuaku could miss three months of action after his spitting shame.
Masuaku was sent off in the Hammers’ 2-0 FA Cup defeat at Wigan in January for appearing to spit at midfielder Nick Powell, an incident boss David Moyes called ‘disgraceful’.
Masukau was originally supposed to be back for the clash on March 18 against Manchester United, but the game has now been postponed and his ban is due to end on March 10 after the clash with Burnley this weekend.
However, Jose Mourinho’s men are in FA Cup action next weekend so the game will likely have to be played in late April/early May.
