West Bromwich Albion will appeal against the red card shown to Hal Robson-Kanu during Saturday's 1-0 win over Burnley.
Robson-Kanu scored the winner in the 71st minute but was shown a straight red card 12 minutes later in the Premier League clash.
The striker's elbow struck Burnley defender Matthew Lowton in the face as they challenged for a ball in the air.
The club confirmed they would seek to overturn the sending off of the Wales international via a statement on their website.
