West Bromwich Albion's 12-game unbeaten Championship run did not feel real because they dropped so many points during it, says defender Mason Holgate.
Albion sat top of the Championship going into October, but despite going a dozen games without losing, they tumbled down the table and out of the play-off places, as 10 of those games ended in draws.
Sunday's 2-1 defeat at Watford left them eighth, now 13 points behind leaders Sheffield United.
Holgate told BBC Radio WM: "It doesn't feel like an unbeaten run because obviously there's a lot of draws in there we should have won.
