West Bromwich Albion have made an enquiry for Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson.
Manager Tony Pulis is looking for a striker to share the burden up front with Salomon Rondon.
He has made similar enquiries for Watford's Odion Ighalo and Abel Hernandez at Hull City and Bournemouth will be reluctant to sell Wilson who they value at £20m plus.
The Baggies are prepared to eclipse their highest ever outlay for a player by bidding well over the amount spent of Rondon and Nacer Chadli, who cost £12m and £13m respectively.
