West Bromwich Albion are closely monitoring the progress of Ostersunds manager Graham Potter, who envisages a long-term future working in his native England.
Potter, a former West Brom player, has linked up with UK-based agency Key Sports Management in a move which implies his determination to break into the Premier League.
The 42-year-old has resisted offers from Football League clubs because of his commitment to Ostersunds where he has been manager since 2011.
He guided them from the fourth tier of Swedish football to fifth place in the Allsvenskan last year and into Europe by winning the Swedish Cup, the club's first major trophy.
