West Brom goalkeeper Ben Foster joins the 24,000 cyclists taking on 100-mile RideLondon road race

Now here's a pre-season training drill you don't see every day.

West Brom goalkeeper Ben Foster showed he's fit and ready for the new Premier League season by taking on a 100-mile cycle ride around London on Sunday.

Foster, 34, joined more than 24,000 cyclists - both professionals and amateurs - in the annual RideLondon event in the capital.

The winding route, which takes in much of west London before meandering through the Surrey Hills, was first introduced in 2013 as part of the Olympic legacy.
