West Bromwich Albion have been charged with misconduct by the Football Association after violent crowd trouble marred their FA Cup tie against local rivals Wolves in January.
The first derby between the West Midlands clubs in front of fans in 12 years was marred by ugly scenes as fans stormed the pitch and threw missiles.
In one shocking image, a man was led away by police with blood pouring from a head wound, with six people arrested on the day and the fourth round tie at The Hawthorns suspended for over half-an-hour.
