A second-string West Brom side powered past National League outfit Chesterfield to book their place in the fourth-round of the FA Cup.
The Championship promotion chasers proved too strong for the Spireites, with John Swift netting after 23 minutes before second half goals from Tom Rogic, Jake Livermore and Jovan Malcolm secured a 4-0 victory.
There was a feeling of bitterness for Chesterfield, who had been seconds away from progressing to the fourth round before Brandan Thomas-Asante headed in a 93rd minute equaliser for the Baggies in the game at the Technique Stadium.
