Tony Pulis has revealed this summer is proving his most difficult as a manager and West Bromwich Albion still need to sign five more players before the transfer window closes – but vowed not to walk out.
The West Brom head coach has been extremely frustrated a takeover of the club – with Jeremy Peace selling his 88 per cent stake to Chinese consortium Yunyi Guokai Sports Development led by Guochuan Lai – took until last Friday to complete, delaying moves for new players.
Pulis raised the prospect of being sacked by the new owners but insisted his focus is on fresh faces.
