Tony Pulis has hit back in his battle with West Brom's board over transfers by claiming the five players signed during the summer window were not his 'marquee' choices.
The West Brom boss also called chairman John Williams 'wrong' for issuing a statement that insisted the club had delivered on his requests.
Pulis, who took charge in January 2015, ruled out any thoughts of walking away from The Hawthorns but predicted a 'tough' period ahead and brought up the prospect of potentially being dismissed once the takeover by a Chinese consortium is complete.
The row over transfers is the immediate issue.
