Taylor returns to Wycombe for rest of season

West Bromwich Albion defender Caleb Taylor has rejoined Wycombe Wanderers on loan until the end of the season.

The 22-year-old has already made 20 appearances for the Chairboys this term before being recalled by the West Midlands side to help provide defensive cover.

Taylor then played in Albion's FA Cup third round loss to Bournemouth upon his return to his parent club in January.

However, the defender has now been loaned back to Wycombe, with Kyle Bartley and Semi Ajayi expected to make their returns to the Baggies squad soon.

"Caleb was an important part of the team throughout the first half of the season and we're really pleased to be able to bring him back to strengthen our options in defence," Wycombe chief football officer Dan Rice told the club's website, external.
