Gareth Southgate's decision to drop Jake Livermore from the England squad will not affect his confidence, according to Tony Pulis.
Pulis believes Livermore will be West Bromwich Albion captain in the future and that Southgate declining to call up the midfielder this time is down to the England manager wanting to try fresh faces.
Livermore has been a member of each England squad since earning a recall in March, playing against the likes of Germany, Scotland and Slovakia, but Harry Winks and Ruben Loftus-Cheek have been preferred for November's friendlies.

'Gareth made seven changes and he's going to have a look at other people and everything else,' said Pulis.
