Cardiff City beat Nottingham Forest 2-1 on Sunday night thanks to a debut strike from January signing Jordan Hugill.
Hugill, who spent the first half of the season on loan at West Bromwich Albion, was confirmed as a loan signing from Norwich just hours before kick-off at the Cardiff City Stadium.
The former West Ham striker combined with 20-year-old midfielder Isaak Davies to secure all three points for the Bluebirds and lift them six points clear of the relegation zone.
