West Brom striker Charlie Austin has revealed he has been diagnosed with coronavirus - and he suspects that he picked up the deadly disease at last week's Cheltenham Festival.

The 30-year-old is self-isolating at home and has had no contact with his family since Saturday evening, when the symptoms first emerged.

Speaking to The Telegraph, he said: 'I felt like someone had chucked a bucket of water over me. I was soaking.'
