The League One Robins have signed Arsenal forward Nathan Butler-Oyedeji and Birmingham right-back Josh Williams, both 20.
West Brom forward Jovan Malcolm, 21, has joined on a season-long loan but was not registered in time to feature in Saturday's game against Barnsley.
