ALBION Under-18s advanced into the FA Youth Cup Fourth Round with a 5-1 win over Lincoln City at The Hawthorns.
The young Baggies made a perfect start when, inside four minutes, Morgan Rogers’ marauding run resulted in an inch-perfect cross that Jamie Soule converted from close-range.
Zak Brown volleyed wide and Rogers saw an effort superbly blocked as Albion dominated much of the first-half, though Lincoln did go close before the break as Jordan Adebayo-Smith curled over from the edge of the area.
After half-time the Baggies doubled their advantage on 57 minutes, Finn Azaz firing home after George Harmon’s shot was initially saved.
