West Bromwich Albion are ready to try again for Watford striker Troy Deeney.
Manager Alan Pardew will need to bankroll the deal from sales with Jonny Evans and Jake Livermore the subject of interest from rival Premier League sides.
Deeney, aged 29, will cost around £25million with wages of around £70,000 a week but is interested in a return to the Midlands where he still has a home.


Albion also have interest in Liverpool's Daniel Sturridge and Danny Ings plus Richmond Boakye at Red Star Belgrade and Aleksandar Mitrovic of Newcastle.
