Watford have completed the signing of forward Richarlison from Fluminense, according to the Brazilian club’s president Pedro Abad.
Reports on Monday claimed the Hornets had shot to the front of the queue for the 20-year-old attacker, who has scored three goals in 10 games for Brazil Under-20s.
He has previously been linked with Chelsea, Man United and Dutch club Ajax, but Watford have agreed a £11.2m deal with Flu to bring him to Vicarage Road.
Speaking to Globo Esporte, club president Pedro Abad confirmed the transfer was agreed at the end of last week.
