Watford boss Marco Silva insists he has not been approached by Everton regarding their vacant managerial position.
The Hornets boss, who takes his side to Goodison Park on Sunday, is reported to be on Everton's shortlist to replace Ronald Koeman after he was sacked last month.
Silva has impressed during his two stints in the Premier League, first at Hull during the second half of last season and now at Vicarage Road this season.
Everton, who are winless from their last eight matches, will be keen to act quickly, but Silva said he had not been in contact with anyone from Goodison Park.
