Midfielder Brenden Aaronson will miss the United States' final three World Cup qualifiers after injuring a knee during pregame warm-ups with FC Salzburg in Austria.
After Aaronson got hurt Sunday, the U.S. Soccer Federation had said he would report to the national team on Monday in Houston. A source told ESPN's Kyle Bonagura an MRI showed a slight tear in Aaronson's MCL, which won't require surgery but will keep him out of action for 3-6 weeks.
