Watford forward Troy Deeney has claimed there is a 'big club bias' in VAR decisions after West Brom had a penalty controversially overturned against Manchester United on Saturday.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men secured a 1-0 victory against the Baggies at Old Trafford thanks to a spot kick of their own from Bruno Fernandes, but the away side were incredulous minutes earlier when their own effort was denied after the Portuguese midfielder had clattered into Sam Gallagher.
Referee David Coote initially awarded the penalty before changing his mind after looking at the pitch-side monitor, and Deeney believes the decision would have stood if it was initially given to United.
