Tottenham are set to swoop for Watford’s Abdoulaye Doucoure in the summer.
Mauricio Pochettino was left very impressed by the 25-year-old midfielder on Monday night when the Spurs manager turned up at Vicarage Road on a scouting mission.
Doucoure starred as Watford defeated Chelsea 4-1 but Tottenham could face competition from Premier League rivals Arsenal and Liverpool for the highly-rated Frenchman.

Doucoure’s contract with the Hornets lasts until the summer of 2020 and Watford will try to tie their asset down to a new deal, worth more than £60,000 a week.
