Stefano Okaka and Sebastian Prodl shine as Watford see off Everton

Watford were able to recover from a lethargic start to beat a disappointing Everton. The game was in danger of passing the Hornets by, especially after falling behind, but they rallied and ran out more comfortable winners than the scoreline suggests.

Positives

After three defeats in four games, Watford showed character to come back from an early setback in the shape of Romelu Lukaku's opener. The final ball has been an issue for Walter Mazzarri's team this season, but three excellent crosses led to three goals (and one wonderful flick) here.

Negatives

The slow start against a clearly struggling Everton was a frustrating sight.
