Former Tottenham defender Danny Rose has reportedly been training with National League side York City in recent weeks.
The full-back has been without a club since having his Watford contract mutually terminated in September last year.
And, in a bid to return to earn himself a professional contract at another club, Rose has reportedly returned to his hometown club to work on his fitness.
According to The Sun, Rose has been training with the National League side with the hopes of becoming match-fit and an appealing option as a free agent.
