The Washington Wizards got thoroughly outplayed by the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday in a 106-82 contest at Capital One Arena.
The Wizards came out flat from the jump. They were outscored 14-0 to start the contest and made just one of their first 14 shot attempts. The closest Washington got was when they cut the deficit to 31-20 on a Corey Kispert floater to begin the second quarter. But Toronto added onto their lead by halftime, 57-38.
Kispert tallied eight points at the half, all from points in the paint. Kyle Kuzma led the Wizards in first-half scoring with nine points and six rebounds.
