Sunday afternoon, the Wizards will do something they haven't done since April 16, 2014: Play a game with no playoff implications.
Even though they'll be getting an earlier start to the offseason than they expected, they still have good reasons to go out and give their best effort over these final three games. Ten of the players on the roster (Bradley Beal, Nene Hilario, Jared Dudley, Alan Anderson, Drew Gooden, Ramon Sessions, Garrett Temple, J.J. Hickson, Jarell Eddie, and Marcus Thornton) are on expiring deals. Plus, players like Otto Porter and Kelly Oubre have the opportunity to show they're ready to handle bigger roles next season.
