The Wizards are winning 45-41 at halftime over the Hawks. Otto Porter scored 13 points on 6-of-9 shooting to lead the way for D.C., while Paul Millsap has 13 points (and three three-pointers) for ATL.
There are two key stats in the game. First, it's shooting efficiency. Washington is making shots at a much higher rate than Atlanta (46.5 vs. 34.7 percent) AND they're winning the rebounding battle (28-18). Based on these stats alone, the Wizards should be blowing the Hawks out.
But turnovers once again are negating these advantages. The Wizards committed 14 so far and allowed the Hawks to score 11 points off of them.
