WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington Wizards’ Black History Month campaign “Our Community, Our History” will celebrate those from the Washington D.C. area that have had an impact on D.C.’s culture. During the Wizards nationally televised game on Thursday, February 10 against the Brooklyn Nets, the team will focus on trailblazers doing incredible work and service in their communities.
Graphics highlighting community and service organizations Future Moguls and Dreaming Out Loud will be displayed on LED Signage throughout the arena. During the game, a video feature on D.C. native Darius Baxter, founder of GOODProjects will be played.
