Washington Wizards point guard Tim Frazier will undergo surgery to repair a nose fracture he suffered in Saturday night’s win over the Chicago Bulls, according to ESPN’s Chris Haynes. It’s unknown how long he would be sidelined.
Frazier gave his Twitter followers an injury update after the game in no uncertain terms:
It’s bad news for the Wizards, who lost starting point guard John Wall for six to eight weeks after he underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left knee at the end of January.
Washington is considering new free agent Derrick Rose as a replacement at the position.
