Even though die-hard hoops fans love NBA Summer League, sometimes it’s tough to even recognize the sport that’s being played on the court.
Basketball, at all levels, is played a bit differently.
Obviously, no matter what college hoops fans will tell you, the best game is played at the NBA level. While the noise might be higher in college stadiums, the level of play is significantly lower.
The same applies to summer league.
The NBA Summer League is designed to give teams a chance to scout and evaluate talent at all positions. Some of the players were top picks, others were undrafted and many even have legitimate NBA experience.
