During his introductory press conference, new Washington Wizards head coach Scott Brooks spoke about wanting to immediately begin meeting with his players. If they’re on vacation, Brooks said he would gladly join them.
As it turns out, he wasn’t kidding around.
Although the Wizards only have five players under contract at the moment, Brooks is expected to stick with the same starting five – all of who are under contract currently, with the exception of Bradley Beal.
Ever since John Wall was picked first overall in the 2010 NBA Draft, the Wizards have pretty much played under one style of basketball.
