The Washington Wizards haven’t been very patient with their young players since John Wall was drafted first overall in 2010, but with Randy Wittman gone and Scott Brooks taking over as the team’s head coach, they seem to be shifting towards the other direction.
Brooks, who’s known for helping the likes of Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, Reggie Jackson and Serge Ibaka develop in Oklahoma City, has already shown confidence in the young players on the roster.
Otto Porter and Kelly Oubre are slated to get most of the minutes at small-forward, even though neither player has an extensive resume.
