The Washington Wizards may have had a quiet offseason by many accounts. They did not sign any All-Stars in free agency. They did not steal any superstars from other teams via trade. They did, however, add a number of veterans that could prove to be worthy investments this season.
With limited cap space to work with this offseason, the Wizards had to get creative to fill a number of holes on their roster. To do so, they found value in two affordable veteran point guards, Ish Smith and Isaiah Thomas. They also added a couple of forwards that can shoot well from three in Davis Bertans and C.
