The Washington Wizards failed to attract the free agent they really wanted this summer, but they could look to fill the void by committee.
According to a source close to Evan Turner, the Wizards have interest in signing the free agent forward who last played for the Boston Celtics.
Turner, who was picked second overall after John Wall in 2010, never lived up to expectations coming out of Ohio State and has bounced around the league.
The 27-year-old swingman was traded by the Philadelphia 76ers to the Indiana Pacers in 2013 where his stint was short-lived.
