Coming into Thursday night’s game against the Utah Jazz, I really didn’t know what to expect from the Washington Wizards.
Although they had about a week off, the Wizards tend to disappoint in situations where they shouldn’t. Tonight against Utah — a team that is pushing for a playoff spot in the West — the Wizards played one of their most complete games of the season en route to a victory.
Randy Wittman switched up his starting lineup once again to match up with Utah’s size. He swapped Jared Dudley out for Nene and gave Garrett Temple the nod over Bradley Beal, who will have his minutes monitored over the next few games.
