This past season, the Washington Wizards had absolutely no depth at their front court positions and were forced to scramble for most of the year.
Kris Humphries began the season as the team’s starting power forward, often spotting up beyond the arc attempting to display his newfound jump shot.
Humphries, who gained a reputation of being a solid mid-range jump shooter but primarily someone who could help on the glass and rebound, suddenly became an ineffective stretch four.
The experiment, to put it bluntly, ended terribly.
Randy Wittman eventually made the right move by replacing Humphries in the lineup for Jared Dudley.
