With OG Anunoby headed to the New York Knicks, trade season in the NBA is officially under way. The Washington Wizards, still yet to fully blow up their roster, employ a number of veterans that the league’s contenders will inevitably be bidding for.
One of the Wizards’ most desirable veterans is sharpshooter Landry Shamet, who recently returned from injury and is still working his way back into rhythm. Shamet arrived in Washington via the Chris Paul trade this past summer, and he is averaging 7.4 points per game in a limited role off the bench so far.
