ATLANTA — Otto Porter said he had a tingling feeling run down the left side of his neck and into his arm after being blindsided by a screen Saturday night in Game 3 of the Washington-Atlanta first-round playoff series.
Porter left the game in the fourth quarter after colliding with Hawks guard Tim Hardaway Jr. The team described Porter’s injury as a “stinger” and expect him to be available for Game 4 on Monday night in Phillips Arena.
Porter said his neck went one way and his shoulder went another way when he ran into Hardaway, which “kind of pinched a nerve” in his shoulder.
